Adopt-A-Crag with Save Mount Diablo and Bay Area Climbers Coalition
Volunteer outdoors to help us beautify the Knobcone Point Trail. Help us with brush clearing and chipping of biomass.
Project: Volunteers will hike along Knobcone Point Rd and gather hazardous natural debris to feed into the chipper.

What to Bring: Water bottle and snacks. Sturdy closed-toed shoes, comfy work clothes with long sleeves and long pants, eye protection, neck gaiter or bandana to cover mouth and nose (optional), work gloves (optional). We will provide gloves and ear protection.
This event is in partnership with Save Mount Diablo, Mount Diablo State Park, the American Alpine Club, Cal Fire, and Bay Area Climbers Coalition.
Participants will be notified in the event of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions. An AQI (Air Quality Index) of 150 or above automatically cancels the workday.
