We are delighted to share that Four Days Diablo 2025 was a major success; it was a joyful adventure filled with unforgettable moments in Mount Diablo’s stunning backcountry.
Four Days Diablo is our one-of-a-kind “gently roughing it” camping trip that takes 20 participants through six regional parks and preserves.

Starting at Howe Homestead Park, participants left civilization behind, crossing a mere two paved roads during the whole experience, and ended the journey in Morgan Territory Regional Preserve.
The hiking was punctuated by awe-inspiring panoramic views, gourmet lunches and dinners, live music, and stories about the rich histories of these lands told by local experts.

Each day was a new adventure as we trekked through Diablo’s wild lands and marveled at sweeping vistas, looked down on the clouds, tramped along glittering creeks, and wound our way through lush valleys teeming with wildlife.
Day one took us through Shell Ridge Open Space and Diablo Foothills Regional Park, before heading into Mount Diablo State Park, ending at Live Oak Campground.
Day two took us down to our 1,080-acre Curry Canyon Ranch property, where participants spent the night.
We recently opened several miles of new trails to the public through the upper portion of Curry Canyon Ranch; we took our time exploring these new trail connections as we journeyed through the property.
