Join us for a unique opportunity to explore the landscape and enjoy the views from the former Concord Naval Weapons Station site via bus tour. We’ll be joined by the Brookfield Properties team, Master Developer for the property, to discuss the proposed plans for the site including restoration of Mount Diablo Creek, access to Thurgood Marshall Regional Park, and the future Port Chicago Memorial. Come ready to share ideas for sustainable development and visions for future parks and green spaces. Be sure to bring plenty of water and a snack, and dress in layers. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Heavy rain cancels.
*Participants will be required to sign a separate waiver before the event.
