Balance in Nature – Yoga at Curry Canyon Ranch

July 14 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Join Save Mount Diablo for a relaxing yoga practice at the foot of Mount Diablo.

Come and join, a slow-paced flow for all levels. This one-hour long practice will focus on connecting breath with movement while Mount Diablo watches from above. Namaste.

Be sure to bring plenty of water, a snack, a yoga mat, and dress in layers. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Heavy rain cancels.

This outing is limited to 15 participants. (May be expanded to 20)
