Earth Month – Cultivating the Ang Riparian Corridor

April 12 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Free
Volunteer outdoors to celebrate the Earth and take care of wildlife habitat!

Diablo Restoration Team (DiRT) Day at Irish Canyon

Please join us to spread the love of our planet earth by taking care of our oak and buckeye plantings along the riparian corridor! We will be doing a variety of tasks to welcome spring and help the young trees. This project is in partnership with the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservancy.

Please Note: We are hiking in to our worksite. The distance from our meeting location to the our turnaround point during the workday is about 1.75-miles one way and is very scenic. Our workday is scheduled to be longer to accommodate hiking to and from the site. Please bring a lunch!

Please RSVP if you are able to attend so that we know to expect you. Our waiver is included in the sign up process.

Park & Meet: Clayton Park N Ride – 1000 Peacock Creek Drive, Clayton, CA 94517 (37.939388, -121.926553)
