On June 9, the California Senate Natural Resources & Water Committee will consider Assembly Concurrent Resolution 107 (ACR 107), recognizing the critical conservation importance of the Diablo Range.

After successfully passing the Assembly, ACR 107 now moves to the Senate for approval.

The Diablo Range is one of California’s largest remaining intact landscapes, stretching more than 200 miles across 12 counties and encompassing over 4 million acres.

It provides essential wildlife habitat, supports California’s 30×30 conservation goals, and offers important recreational, agricultural, and cultural values for millions of Californians.

Your Voice Makes a Big Difference

We are asking our partners and supporters to help demonstrate broad, statewide support for protecting the Diablo Range by submitting a letter of support for ACR 107 before the June 9 committee hearing.

How to Help

If your organization is able to participate, please submit a letter of support through the Senate Committee’s Support Portal before June 9.

We’ve posted sample letter text on our website to make it easier.

Thank you for standing with us and for your continued commitment to the future of the Diablo Range. Together, we can help ensure this extraordinary landscape receives the recognition and support it deserves.

Join us to save the remaining natural lands of Mount Diablo!
